It works in the browser on any internet-connected device. No app installation is required.
Pricing & tokens
How does pricing work?
Two options are available: a monthly subscription plan and token top-up (pay-as-you-go). 20 free minutes of interpretation are provided every month after sign-up.
What are tokens?
Tokens are the usage unit for InterLive. Interpretation consumes 1–2 tokens per minute; translation is charged based on character count.
What happens when tokens run out?
Interpretation and translation stop when tokens are exhausted. You can top up tokens at any time from the dashboard.
Interpretation
What interpretation modes are available?
There are 4 modes: Live (presenter to audience), Conversation (push-to-talk two-way), Face-to-face (simultaneous two-way), and Meeting (Zoom/Teams bot).
How many languages are supported simultaneously?

What if the meeting bot does not join?
Check that the meeting URL is correct and the meeting has started. Some platforms may require bot admission settings to be enabled.
File translation
Which file formats can be translated?
PDF (.pdf), Word (.docx), and Hangul (.hwpx) formats are supported.
Is the original formatting preserved after translation?
Layout is preserved as closely as possible. Complex multi-column layouts or text embedded in images may not be perfectly reproduced.
Where do I receive the translated file?
A download button appears when translation is complete. Previously translated files can also be re-downloaded from My Page.
